1. Eligibility
Distant Frenz is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. The Platform
Distant Frenz is a credit-based social platform that lets members connect, post content, and message one another using prepaid in-app credits. Credits are virtual goods sold by Distant Frenz and can only be used inside the platform.
3. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any of the following:
- Posting or transmitting nudity, sexually explicit content, or pornography.
- Soliciting, advertising, or arranging escort, companionship-for-pay, or any in-person sexual services.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or stalking.
- Illegal activity of any kind, including drug sales, fraud, or trafficking.
- Impersonation, fake profiles, or misrepresentation of identity.
- Automated scraping, spam, or attempts to bypass platform security.
Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining credits, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable.
4. Credits
Credits are prepaid digital goods. They have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits do not expire. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds of unused credits.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you post but grant Distant Frenz a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and moderate it for the purpose of operating the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and warrant that you have the right to post it.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Distant Frenz is not liable for the conduct of any user or any content posted by users.
