All sales are final

Credits and Memberships are digital goods delivered instantly to your account. All purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused credit balances. Please review your order before completing checkout.

Membership cancellation

You can cancel your Membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period is not prorated or refunded.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorize), email billing@distantfrenz.com within 30 days. We review every report and respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve almost all issues directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may result in account suspension.

Account termination for violations

Accounts terminated for violating our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy forfeit any remaining credit balance and are not eligible for a refund.
